Refund & Returns Policy – Bani’s Bakeries
At Bani’s Bakeries, every product is freshly prepared with care and love. Since we deal mainly with perishable goods, our refund and returns policy is very limited. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Eligibility
- Our policy lasts 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- After 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
⚠️ Non-returnable items include:
- Freshly baked goods, cakes, bread, and other perishable food items.
- Gift cards.
Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return (if eligible), we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
- Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, email us at support@banisbakeries.ae with your order details and photos of the product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take a few days to reflect).
- Contact your bank (processing times may vary).
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@banisbakeries.ae.
Gift Orders
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we process the return.
- If the gift was purchased and shipped to the giver first, we will refund the giver directly.
Shipping Returns
To return your item (if eligible), please send it to our bakery at:

- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
